  • wow!

Stunning composition Tean! More detail in the rock in front will take this image to the next level. That particular rock is what caught my eye first, leading me into your frame towards that well balanced pointy rock in the centre and then through the frame folowing the lines in the clouds which takes you towards the gentle mountains at the back and out of the frame again.. Well balanced image and easy to look at.

  • Thank you Danie! Yes I am still struggling with focus a little. It is a blend of two images, the exposure for the sky was 644 seconds and the exposure for the rocks were 2,5 seconds.

Great long exposure and composition Tean, but I need more details regarding your settings such as shutter speed and how many frames you stacked. The rocks in the foreground is a little bit on the soft and flat side though. I recommend selective clarity and sharpening of the rocks and with intelligent dodging and burning, this image can go next level. If it was sharper, it would have been featured!
