Sable With Trees

Canon 5Dmk4; Tamron 70-200 at 82mm; 1/3200 sec @ f8; ISO 500; Handheld

I wanted to give this a 'watercolour' feel. Used LR to desaturate slightly and used dehaze and clarity to soften the background. Pole and grass specs on the sable removed in PS.

It is such a pleasure John.

Thanks so much Bruna. This was the one where you got me to line up the horizon in camera. I see how well it works. You dont notice that the animal is slightly rotated.

What a wonderful animal landscape we have here! This is such a strong composition with your subject (dark in color) in a strong position towards the right and balanced out with the two trees and soft grass towards the background. It really works very well. Perfect settings...what can I say? I also enjoy the subdued color choice for this shot. It works well taking in consideration, there were no dramatic clouds.  A feature for you!
